How does our service work?

Accessloss® is a Spanish company located in the Madrid that brings service all around the world.

Our team is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide you with an immediate response and a quality service so that you can recover your Instagram and Facebook account in a fast, efficient and reliable way.

  1. Get in touch with us. There are several channels through our website forms, whatsapp, or the corporate email address support@accessloss.com. If you want you make a free whatsapp call via whatsapp from anywhere in the world.
  2. Location of the account you want to recover as well as some minor data to be able to be in contact with you: name to address you, phone number and email will be more than enough data. We don’t need your telephone number or e-mail address to unlock your account, we just need your username.
  3. You receive a price for the recovery of your account. It will depend on the characteristics of your account.
  4. Conclusion and signing of the contract: duration of the contract and specific conditions for each particular case. The contract will determine your rights as a contracting party and client as well as our obligations as a service company.
  5. Payment of the amount: our team will send you the details of the bank account to make the payment. This is a secure link of the Stripe platform. You can make the payment through PayPal, Visa or Mastercard.
  6. Partial or total payment:
  • Partial payment: minimum initial 70% of the amount and 30% at the end of the service.
  • Full payment: 100% of the amount is up to you.
  • We accept VISA, Mastercard and Paypal. We do not accept MoneyGram or Western Union.

  2. Receive your credentials. It takes 24H – 48H on average, but sometimes it can take a little longer. A new 8-digit code will be generated which will allow you to regain access your account.
  3. If the account is not recovered, Accessloss® is obliged to refund 100% of the amount except for bank transfer and Paypal fees.
  4. Satisfaction survey. Your opinion is very important. A survey will be sent to you so that you can value our service and help us to improve.

Accessloss.com® is a company, and like all companies, we charge for our services.
We provide online support either through email support@accessloss.com , through the bot on our website or through Whatsapp or Google Meets call.

A video call through Google Meets, whatsapp or Zoom with our team is mandatory. In this call we will verify that the person requesting us to recover the account is who they say they are, for the safety of the rest of Instagram or Facebook users and Accessloss®.

Instarecovery® has a very high success rate of 94% in account recovery. The terms and conditions are recorded in a contract signed by both parties.

The price to be determined will depend on several factors, what we call the price matrix

  • Personal/professional account
  • Number of followers
  • No. of posts
  • Age of the account

The team will try to adjust the budget depending on these four factors, a sales representative will assist you and give you an estimate without obligation. Each case will be studied individually.

In the case of a company account, we will request all the necessary documents that will help our risk department to confirm that the person claiming the account is the owner, or empowered of this Instagram account.
If sufficient proof is not provided, our team reserves the right to refuse service as a security measure.

Should any user attempt to deceive our team, we reserve the right to report attempted fraud to the relevant authorities of the country, autonomous community or region.

Our company does not share data with third parties, we only collect information that will be recorded in our files for up to one month after account recovery. After this period, the information will be absolutely deleted from our database.

We have a very robust risk department and we take the privacy of our customers very seriously, as well as not wasting time with customers who have bad intentions, so the authorities of each relevant country will be notified with the data found once the accounts are recovered, providing both email and phone number to investigate the cybercriminal who was behind the usurpation of your account.

As we said before, we are a company and companies charge for their services. The amount to be paid can be done in two convenient installments, being mandatory one of the payments at the conclusion of the contract, and the subsequent payment once the credentials of the recovered account have been obtained.
If 100% of the payment is not received, Accessloss® reserves the right not to provide the access data, which will be provided once 100% of the amount has been paid and the contract has been fulfilled by both parties. Accessloss® will remain in control of the account until the payment is satisfied (the hacker will have already been removed).

Accessloss® is a company, and like all companies pay taxes.
If you are an international customer, there will be no taxes to pay, so you may benefit from some discount.

Being a company located in Spain, the V.A.T. is 21% of the total, so when you make your payment, an invoice will be generated with an invoice number, and an amount, less taxes if you are from abroad.

If you are from the Canary Islands, you will be exempt from paying VAT.
